4.2. WhiteCube.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Software due to failures, limitations, or issues arising from these third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhiteCube.ai will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if WhiteCube.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
6.1. WhiteCube.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend User access to the Software for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion.
Amendments
7.1. These Terms may be updated from time to time. WhiteCube.ai will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of any significant changes, but it remains the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, Florida. Disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA, Floria.
